Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: August 17, 2026

We at Cyber Recaps see great importance in making our website accessible to people with disabilities, based on a worldview of equality and a desire to allow the entire population to browse comfortably and easily.

We operate in accordance with the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the regulations enacted thereunder. We believe in accessibility that is integrated into the site's core code, rather than relying on external plugins or overlays.

This site was built with the goal of meeting the requirements of the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, at the AA level of the Israeli Standard (IS 5568) and the international WCAG 2.1 standard.

Accessibility Measures Implemented:

  • The site is adapted for keyboard-only navigation (using the Tab and Enter keys).
  • Every page opens with a "Skip to content" link, so keyboard and screen-reader users can jump past the header straight to the main content.
  • The site is built with a correct semantic hierarchy, using headings (H1, H2, etc.) and elements that assist screen readers.
  • We ensure clear color contrast between text and backgrounds and use readable fonts.
  • Links on the site are clearly identifiable via a distinct color and underline.
  • Every image on the site carries alternative text (Alt Text); decorative images are marked as such so screen readers skip them.
  • The site is adapted for display on common browsers and for use on mobile phones (responsive design).
  • The site does not contain flashing, blinking, or auto-playing content.
  • Tests were conducted for high compatibility in Chrome and Firefox browsers.
  • For an optimal browsing experience with a screen reader, we recommend using the latest version of the NVDA software.

Accessibility is an Ongoing Process

We invest ongoing efforts to improve accessibility on the site as part of our commitment to enable its use for the entire population, including people with disabilities.

Despite our efforts, it is possible that parts or pages of the site have not yet been fully accessed, or that the appropriate technological solution has not yet been found. We are continually improving and take all inquiries seriously.
